In October 2024, we’re thrilled to announce that over 200 students from Eureka Primary, Mzimkhulu Primary, and Ethembeni High School in Burgersdorp, Eastern Cape, have graduated from our 3-year MOT program!
These students have gained essential skills, knowledge, and tools to confidently step into adulthood with resilience, self-awareness, and courage. Our MOT Youth are ready to take on new challenges and make a positive impact on their futures.
We owe a huge thank you to our dedicated MOT Coaches, who have guided, inspired, and encouraged these young people throughout the program. Your hard work and support have been crucial in helping them achieve this milestone.
We’re also grateful to the principals and management of these schools, who have supported our MOT Coaches every step of the way. This accomplishment wouldn’t have been possible without you. Our MOT Coaches remained resilient in making sure the programme stayed implemented, keeping the MOT fire burning!
It was a special moment to share this graduation with the MOT Youths’ families. Seeing the pride on parents’ faces as their children received their certificates was truly heartwarming. Thank you to all the parents for your support and encouragement!
Finally, we extend a big thank you to Scatec for making this journey possible. Together, let’s keep working to strengthen and empower the future leaders of our communities.
